Y= Youth. Pitstop café believes that being youthful is an asset. Pitstop café also believes that if these youthful energies are directed purposefully, it will result in unlimited possibilities and opportunities.

Pitstop café has helped many students from schools such as RGS, SP, NP,NUS, NTU, SMU, SIM and MDIS in providing insights to entrepreneurship and operating of a café. Need help in that final year project?

My name is WeeKee and in Pitstop Cafe i am known as Astroboy.

In the day my work is a cross between engineering and marketing aka product management.

In the night, i am astroboy in a fun and cosy cafe known as Pitstop Cafe

I grew up in an average household and my parents work hard and i was able to study in NgeeAnn polytechnic and subsequent graduate from NTU.

I always enjoy doing interesting stuff. I used to be part of a funny website company called hyperslaves, it was fun especially in the crazy dot com era

I make cards and arm with a polaroid camera, my friends and I tried to sell our ware at Orchard Road. We ended up watching movies instead. Today i still have the cards and the camera.

I setup a mama shop in my hostel room and try to sell snacks and drinks to my neighbours. I ended up eating them up myself.

It was fun though i did not become successful in any of them.

Pitstop Cafe is like another dream come true. Finding the right people to come together for the same purpose isn't easy. It has been a wonderful journey so far. It has not been possible with the support my mum, my wife, my partners and all you folks who supported us!

Hi I'm Evelyn. I live in Singapore. I am a Singaporean.
I came from my mommy tummy, or so I heard.
I am a degree holder from NTU School of Business, majoring in banking and finance.

At Pitstop, you will find that I take on many roles, such as waitress, financial controller(i try to stop the outflow of money), nagging old hen, kitchen helper, toilet washer, dish washer, cleaner, "mopper", "duster" and what have you.

I love ice cream and chocolates. So at Pitstop, if u don't try the new flavours of ice cream first, I'll finish it before long. Especially Chocolate Brownie Fudge.

Anyway, I do try to relax and enjoy my time here. So sometimes, I am not deaf. I am just ignoring you. So just relax and enjoy yourselves. Don't need to lower your voices or screams. I have already muted the volume in my head. So pardon me if I don't see you or answer you when you call for help.

Anyway, that's about me. That's why sometimes they call me evil lynn. But I just ignore them. Pls don't make fun of people's names. Its very rude.

Ah...finally a space to leak some bits about myself...

There is nothing much a mystery about me, except that sometimes you catch me doing some unglam and awkward stuffs that I try so hard to cover myself... Yeah..so no mystery.. everything's literal and intentions smeared all over my face.

I love to bitch and I am in NUS.. (Now what's the connection?) oh.. by the way, I am a 4th year Geography student and yes, I still love to bitch. Ah..yes... did I mention that I am going into teaching as well? oh yes.. the scum of the earth is going to 'mould the future of our nation'.. But trust me, I love to teach.. or shall I say, educate?

Yes..yes, Life is tough and once in a while we need some inspiring spark.. and I really want to see the hearts of those lost souls.. BURN!!! Burn with enlightenment...

Now, back to the cafe..yes yes... the cafe..did I mention also that I love girls? I really love em'!!! No offence la chicas.. but I am really amazed by how girls could look good in every possible shapes, clothes and what have you? Now comes the crux: I live petite chicks in short frilly skirts!! They really make my day, motivate me, keeps me alive, keeps me thinking and.. well, keeps me from thinking properly..sometimes..

Oh where was I? The cafe!! Pitstop Cafe, I never knew I could be so motivated to do something (apart from the girls thingy). Pitstop Cafe taught me lotsa things, you don't wanna know how much..but it really enlightened me that life is made up of choices not circumstances. And everytime, I see a satisfied and happy Pitstopper, I'm reminded that I have made the right choice to enliven the lives of them!

So, enough said, if not these entries will be flooding with all my craps and raps!! Pitstop cafe is a learning process and I am still learning, and I wish that everyone reading this and coming to Pitstop Cafe can be part of my learning process journey of growth.

Hello everybody!!! My name is Xing Zhi, but most of the time people call me Mushroom or Mumu. I think it's really a cute name cuz it makes me sound and look harmless..Heh heh.. or so you think.. kekeke

Anyway, just a bit about myself so that you guys (eh..guys meaning all encompassing gender) can be my friends next time you come to Pitstop cafe! (you know, having a cafe reduces your social circle.. boo hoo hoo). I am currently a 4th year History major studying in National University of Singapore. (do your own math for my age) I love history because I am a person who loves to remain in the past! Well, not forgetting that I will be a history teacher in time to come! Now is that my future or has that fact become history?

Oh yes, since most of the time I like to assume a childlike persona, I do have my favorite cartoon character! I is the Sesame Street Ernie!I l love it so much that I framed a photo of it in the cafe and sometimes I even 'smuggled' it into the cafe.. kekeke

Since I love sweet desserts, yummy ice cream and crunchy cookies, it is no doubt that I am the one behind all the delicious Sundaes that you eat in Pitstop Cafe and I take special effort to make sure that those ice creams maintain at the best standard!! Come and try its really delicious!!!

Being in Pitstop Cafe has really made me crave for a well deserved holiday. A nice mocktail by the white beaches and crystal clear waters of the maldives or a tranquil retreat at the lake of some Alpine loghouses perhaps? Sometimes I even dream of owning an island!!

By now, you guys should know that I also love to dream and fantasize to the extent that most of the time, Im in a little world of my own! Well, I guess that's all I'm going to tell you for now! Monday-Thursday and PH: 2pm to 11pm
Friday, Saturday, eve of PH: 12pm - 3am

Do I need to call for reservation?
This is greatly recommended. The reason for this is that it help us prepare ourselves for the group that is coming. For example, sometime there are group of 10s that come over. Having a reservation means that we can arrange the tables for you guys so that the moment you come over, everything is ready for you and you can settle down and make yourself comfortable without much hassel.

Is there any other ways of reservation?
If you do not want to call us, you can make use of our online reservation form to make a reservation.

Turn left into Circular Road from South Bridge Road after Elgin Bridge or through Lorong Telok from North Canal Road, nearest expressway is CTE, exit from either Merchant Road or Havelock Road.

Public Parking at Lorong Telok/Circular Road/ Upper Circular Road: $2/hr before 5pm and $1/hr from 5pm-10pm. Free after 10pm.
Private Parking: The RiverWalk apartments are at $3 per entry from 5pm-12mn. Add $3 more for parking past midnight.
